Dr. Randall helped me out a lot…Unfortunately, I had to reschedule my surgery appointment due to personal problems…I look forward to meeting with her again to go over a much needed surgery in the future.

Great experience with the doctor but 45minute wait time is unfortunate. Disclaimer that no parking validation is provided at Santa Monica location would be helpful.

Amazing doctor but front end needs to really look at applicants insurance intake my insurance was not in network the doctor saw me gave me options for my ankle surgery EXCITED! called them back to see when to schedule another visit then was told insurance not in network…so asked for some additional options (no email or response back asked why did Dr see me and pretty much front end said Oops! Sorry not sorry…
