All I can say is AMAZING! Dr Randall explained the situation with my ankle and previous surgery. She gave options of what she’d do and I felt comfortable and excited to have her continue with my future procedure

Appointment smooth. Staff friendly and pleasant to assist especially Josue. Dr Randall was amazing, friendly and took a small time to solve my problem and the prescription she gave me for the pain snd swelling of my foot does not have a side effect unlike the prescription that the doctor in the urgent care gave me which gave me an upset stomach . Friendly atmosphere in the office .

Exceptional caring and grace from Dr. Randall-from first contact moment. immediate and assuring recognition grasp of the lesion and prognosis, thus far a favorable result to the trimming procedure (pain reduction) Anticipating an encouraging prognosis upon follow-up moving forward. Dr. Randall is a physician/surgeon who seems to utilize proprioception when analyzing and reconstructing deformities--whether those are because of an accident or by genetic perfections of imperfections, Dr Randall moves through her procedures like a Giselle with seamless ease. I would categorize her style as a creative architect who rebuilds her patients framework to function as it was intended to perform without restricting her genius to textbook procedure--instead, she is flexible enough to use her organic intellect to dissect a problem in order to determine the best possible solution and successful outcome. I came from a botched surgery in Illinois to seek corrective surgery in California because two other doctors in Illinois gave second opinions saying there was nothing that could be done to correct the surgery except for a fusion. I refused to accept that opinion and adamant belief in the good that prevails in the universe led me to Dr. Randall whose accolades and praise almost seemed unreal--or at least over-rated. But after meeting with Dr. Randall I knew I had found the place I was destined to be. So I took a leap of faith--and God smiled. My corrective surgery was the blessing I had prayed for since the original surgery left my big toe deformed,I felt as if I were in a surreal existence--I had no pain--and my toe is healing rapidly. I recommend Dr. Martina Randall to anyone who wants to be made whole again! See the image included. The left side is after Dr. Randall's surgery. The atmosphere upon entering welcoming and very bright and uplifting. The staff was efficient, professional and very personable. Dr. Randall was perfect. She immediately puts you at ease while at the same time doing what needs to be done with competent efficiency.

I visited Dr. Randall this morning and was very impressed by her professional, courteous and helpful front desk. Both Daisy and Josue are great ambassadors of Dr. Randall's The Foot & Ankle Sports Institute. They both did a great job onboarding me. Bim, Dr. Randall's physician assistant, was very pleasant and instrumental in getting me set up for new orthotics. Dr. Randall took time out of her precious schedule to modify my existing pair of orthotics and create a new pair. Dr. Randall has a wonderful bedside manner and did a fabulous job. I recommend without reservation Dr. Randall's The Foot & Ankle Sports Institute.

I had lived 49 yrs with painful and uncomfortable flat foot on my right foot not knowing the cause of it until I was referred to Dr Randall by another doctor. She instantly diagnosed looking at an x-ray that I had rare congenital vertical talus, explained it in detail and recommended surgery so reassuringly I opted to have the surgery immediately and she performed the surgery on Friday Feb 12th, 2021. From the surgery report Dr R also discovered during surgery that I suffered from equinus deformity which she also fixed.
Post surgery, she followed up with phone calls after discharge and to my amazement after such an extensive surgery I stopped all pain medication just 3 days after surgery till this day. I followed her instructions on icing, sutures were removed on schedule and gradual weight bearing and stretching followed. I even had a phone consultation with her from overseas when I experienced some arcilles tendon tightening and she recommended more stretches, percussion massaging and heat therapy which really worked. Healing was gradual and got better and better with time. I gradually got back in the gym in less than 6 months and 2 years on, l'm now walking way better without pain, shoes fit better, back pain gone!
I must also add that the scare is almost invisible!
I appreciate Dr Martina Randall and her very courteous team. It was a LIFE CHANGING surgery!
Don't live with flat feet, find Dr Randall!
